What is your return policy for high-fidelity audio equipment?
We offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unopened condition. Due to hygiene reasons, in-ear monitors (IEMs) must be completely sealed to qualify for a full refund.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all electronics and audio gear sold at The Hangout come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
